How do I order?Jennifer
We currently only allow EFT – electronic funds transfer – orders.
To make an EFT payment through your bank account, transfer the required funds to the Kingelato account:

Please use the order number you received via the Kingelato website as a reference number.
Remember that the payment must be confirmed and reflected in the Kingelato account before the order is finalised and dispatched for delivery.
All orders are reserved for 72 hours for payment to be made, and will be cancelled if payment has not been received and confirmed.
Kingelato is currently finalising alternate payment methods and will update on this progress via our website and social media pages.
How is the gelato delivered?Jennifer
We deliver our products in refrigerated delivery vans, to ensure your gelato reaches you in its original state.
Once delivered direct to you, you are responsible to store as per our packaging instructions as soon as possible to avoid melting.
How long will it take to deliver?Jennifer
Depending on your delivery area, as well as confirmed EFT payment conditions, your order will take 3 – 7 working days to deliver.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal working hours, and unfortunately Kingelato cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but do our best to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
Please ensure your delivery address details are correct when ordering and there is someone to receive the order at the address when delivered.
How much is the delivery fee?Jennifer
Our delivery charge is R135 for orders under R1500.
Orders over R1500 will be delivered FREE.
How would I cancel my order?Jennifer
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations once the order is paid for and dispatched for delivery.
How would I return a product?Jennifer
Unfortunately due to the nature of gelato, we will be unable to accept any exchanges or returns, unless there is a legitimate fault with the product itself, and we will arrange to collect and replace the product.
What flavours do you offer?Jennifer
Kingelato currently has 8 seasonal flavours available. These flavours are based on popularity and demand, but are subject to change based on availability.
Our current flavours are:
- Kingelato (Chocolate and cookies)
- Dark chocolate (Gluten, dairy & sucrose-free)
- Cremino (Layered Italian chocolate & hazelnut)
- Chocolate (Gluten-free)
Your purchase of any bulk box item – see above – may contain any and all of the flavours, or a single flavour.
What is the minimum order I can order online?Jennifer
Online orders must be a minimum of 1 bulk box item, namely:
Mini Tub box of 30 units
½ Litre box of 8 units
1 Litre box of 6 units

Where do you deliver?Jennifer
Due to the nature of our gelato products, deliveries are only available for the centralised Gauteng region, incorporating selected Johannesburg and Pretoria/Tshwane areas.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to outlying rural areas outside a 50km radius of central Johannesburg and Pretoria.
